1.1	Only citizens of certain countries can visit Vietnam without an entry visa (valid for visit within 30 days). Those countries include: most Asean countries, Korea, Japan & Scandinavians (2005). All other citizens are required to get an entry visa before departure or a pre-approved entry visa (visa is issued on arrival at Vietnam’s International Airports) supplied before arrival in Vietnam. A 30 days tourist visa is obtainable at the Vietnamese Embassy or Vietnam diplomatic missions abroad upon presentation of a passport at least 6 months of validity remaining. In order to apply for visa,the travelers are encouraged to apply visa through travel agents. We can take care the formalities if the travelers supply us his/her passport details, arrival date, point of entry at least 7 days before the anticipated arrival date in Vietnam
1.2	For most foreign visitors, entry visa for Cambodia are obtainable at Cambodian Embassy or consulate abroad or upon arrival at both Phnompenh and Siem Reap International airport at the cost of 20USD and . For overland crossing visitors, visa is obtainable at these border check-points: Bavet (from Moc Bai, Vietnam), Kaom Samnor (from Chau Doc, Vietnam), Poipet (from Aranyaprathet, Thailand), Cham Yeam (from Trat, Thailand) … Two passport – size photos and at least 6 months validity passport are required to obtain visa. Tourist visa can be extended for another month at the cost of 25 USD. One month business visa are also available and cost 30USD but can be extended indefinitely. Please, note that other check point with Vietnam such as: Phnom Den (Tinh Bien) and with Laos: Veurkham are also international check points but visitors need to obtain visa prior to arrival at these borders. This information is true as at this moment and is subject to change without prior notice.
1.3	Visitors to Laos can obtain a 15 days or 30 days tourist visa from Lao Embassy or consulate office abroad or upon arrival at the Vientiane Wattay Airport, Luang Prabang airport, Pakse airport and at the following international border checkpoints:  Vietnam – Laos: Vinh – Lakxao, via Nam Phao; Hue – Lao Bao, Quang Tri Namkhan Namkan; Nghe An to Xiengkhoang province.  China – Laos: Yuan – Luang Namtha via Boten Thailand – Laos: Chiangkhong – Houeixay; Nongkhai – Vientian; Nakhonphanom – Thakhek; Mukdahanh – Savanakhet; Ubon Ratchathani – Champassak via Chongmek and Vang Tao. A valid passport must be presented along with payment of the US$ 30 fee (in USD cash only) and 02 passport size color photos. Visitor who wish to cross Cambodia – Laos border (Steung Treng – Vernkham) will need to have visa ready prior to arrival at the border.

In the event that there is no Vietnamese Embassy or Consulate in your country, visitors can obtain a visa upon arrival in Vietnam. We can apply for you to get a visa upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport - Ho Chi Minh City, at Danang Airport or Noi Bai International Airport - Hanoi. The visa is done by us, an urgent visa on arrival (3 days before arrival) at 75 US$ and a normal 50 US$ both needs 2 passport-size photos. Step 3: Your “Booking details” will be displayed on this page. Please kindly fill in this form all the necessary information and “Booking requests” if you have then click “Next” Step 4: Some tours must be checked availability of services before the booking confirmation is sent to the traveler and the others are always available at any time of booking. There are two possibilities:

1.    For the tours which are always available at any time of booking

- Fill in the booking form and follow the instructions to complete necessary procedures and settle the payment. “Booking confirmation” will be shown to the traveler with all details of your booking. To make sure that the booking confirmation is correct, please read carefully “Preview Invoice” and “Terms and Conditions” and tick on the small square below if you agree with our conditions to purchase tour product(s) by credit cards on Hanoitourist’s site then click on Next  to pay for the trip.  - Check “History Transaction”  to see your booking status.

2.    For other tours

- Fill in the booking form and follow the instructions. - Check “History Transaction”to see your booking status - If your booking is available, just continue to complete the booking form and settle the payment for the trip. - Hanoitourist Travel Company always try its best to sastify client’s request. But sometimes in the peak season or on the special occasions such as: New Year, Chrismas, National Day … , hotels and other services are fully booked that’s why we can not supply the clients. If your booking is not available at the time of booking, please kindly change your departure date or choose other tours to be offered services.

For tailor - made tours

It doesn't matter to travel by yourself but We recommend you to travel with prestige tour operators or travel agents. Travelling with professional organizers will help you save time and money. No, when you book online, we require full payment of your booking. In some cases, Hanoitourist will apply special policy for that bookings.
